Justin Reynolds, or JR if you like, grew up in Central Ohio, dropping out of several sports at Gahanna-Lincoln High School, graduated from Ohio University with a scorching 2.9 GPA, and was an often-disciplined officer in the US Air Force. He stumbled into the world of Logistics and Transportation over 20 years ago at L Brands, and after two bankruptcies at Eddie Bauer and just missing out on one at ascena Retail Group, he has found a cultural home at lululemon where he is responsible for destination operations of Inbound Logistics from twenty global sourcing locations to a dozen global distribution centers. Justin is married for over 26 years to Jen, a social worker, with whom he enjoys travelling, reading, watching TV, hiking, bike riding, and yoga. He has recently completed the “untraining” of his yellow lab Augustus. He is a novelist and award winning screenwriter. He is a massive supporter of the Columbus Crew, the charter member of Major League Soccer and the greatest team the world has ever seen.
