Erika Fox

Erika Fox leads a team a team at Amazon in Worldwide Returns, ReCommerce & Sustainability that is responsible for ensuring that every product returned to Amazon is put to its highest and best use, benefiting people and the planet. She has been at Amazon for over four years and in addition to her current role, has led teams in Returns Defect Elimination as well as Long Range Infrastructure planning at AWS. Before coming to Amazon, she was the Executive Director of Strategic Deployment at Kaiser Permanente in Washington and spent over ten years working in non-profit healthcare where she led Enterprise Project Management, Lean Process Improvement and Strategic Program offices. Erika has a passion for continuous improvement, waste reduction, and delivering value for customers and the community.
